Hello Everyone. Tomorrow the last day of the month. Which is crazy where is this year going. It had to believe my birthday will be in 2 months. Last month I told you all in my spending recap that I not going to be buying any shoe or clothes until July. While I can tell you I have been doing an awesome job with that. Over all this month I did an awesome job with my shopping. I only got thing I needed. Well minus one item and that was the lipstick. I told you all in February that I want to get the pink lipstick when it went on sale. Well this month I picked it up.

The headphone where need due to my hubby gave me his ipod shuffle to run with. While the headphone he had were to big for my ears. When I was running they were falling out. So I had to keep putting this back in. Which was a pain. I so far have ran once with the yurbuds and I can tell you all I really like them.

Hello Everyone, It the last week of the month. So you know that means one things. Monthly nail recap time. This month I only painted my nail twice and my toes once. With the Sally Hansen salon ista gel strips. Once you open the pack up and use them once. The extra ones are no good. Which I didn't know that until I went to go use them again. Lucky I like to be frugal. So I made them work. I just used clear nail polish to stick them on. Then I used the clear gel polish on top. Which they have chip more then the gel nail polish.

 Hello Everyone. Today I'm hear to introduce you all to a company called Sensation of Night. There an online company that sell sexy lingerie. When they contacted me to do a review for them. I was a little unsure if I wanted to do it or not. Due to the fact its a lingerie company. So before I said yes. I went and check out there website and was surprised at all the different thing that they had to offer.  

 Not only does Sensation of Night carry sexy lingerie but they also carry beautiful dress. Once I seen that. I sent them a message back saying that I would do it. Since I have been  wanting another maxi dress. This maxi dress is nothing like the other maxi dress I own. It is more dresser then my other two. Which I totally love. 

This dress comes in blue, pink and white. Which I know it might shock some people that I decide to go with the blue. I asked my husband what color I should get and he said blue. So blue it was. 

What nice about this dress is the gold accent in it. Also it's unique cut. One downside to this dress in there no belt loops for the belt. So it kept riding up and turning on me. Over all I'm super happy with this dress and so can't wait to wear it to a summer party.

 Hello Everyone. The weather has become nice again. Which I love. So for today outfit I decide to pull my black maxi dress out. Which I haven't worn since last June. Since it wasn't warm for bare arm. I throw on this jean jacket that I got from Old Navy a few years ago. Which it  has been sitting in the closet for a year and half. 

Also today outfit make my 600th outfit that I have remixed. Since I have start my blog. It just show you the right piece can go a long way.

 I got the chance recently to interview Galxia blogger and owner of Hopeful Kiss A Pink Lipstick Life! 

How did you come up with the idea to open up your shop?

I came up with the idea to open my shop because of my blog readers! Especially when a lot of my international readers would comment that they liked the lipsticks I was featuring, but that the brands were hard to find or very expensive in their countries. And no matter where you live, most companies don't offer the opportunity to sample a lipstick before buying a full size. The idea just hit me and I had to try to help! :)

Have you thought about add other color lipstick to your shop beside pink?

I actually have added a red-orange OCC Lip Tar to my shop! I'm definitely thinking about adding other colors from my best-selling brands, like YSL and Urban Decay, too.

What is you favorite brand of lipstick?
It's so tough to pick a favorite lipstick brand! haha But for luxury, I love YSL; for mid-range I love MAC; for drugstore I love Revlon ♥

  How much time to you spend on your blog and your shop?

Yikes, I spend a lot of time on my shop and blog. It's tough because I'm a mom, wife, homeowner, etc...but I love it. Doing this makes me really happy and it's like my "me time"...a little escape from the day-to-day stuff. I'd say I spend only 20 hours a week on it because I need my sleep! It could easily become a full-time job though HAHA!

Monthly Recipe: Tasty Baked Mac n Cheese

Ingredients

1 (16 ounce) package elbow macaroni

1/2 teaspoon salt

3/4 cup butter, softened - divided

1 cup sour cream

1 tablespoon cream cheese, softened

1 (8 ounce) package shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

1 egg yolk

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper

1 cup milk

1 (8 ounce) package shredded mild Cheddar cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook elbow macaroni in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until almost cooked through and firm to the bite, about 7 minutes. Drain and transfer to a large bowl. Sprinkle macaroni with 1/2 teaspoon salt and stir 1/2 cup butter into the pasta.

Mix 1/4 cup butter, sour cream, cream cheese, sharp Cheddar cheese, and egg yolk together in a bowl. Stir flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, cayenne pepper, and milk into the sour cream mixture.

Spread 1/4 cup sour cream sauce over bottom of prepared baking dish. Stir remaining sour cream sauce into macaroni. Pour macaroni into baking dish atop sauce layer; sprinkle mild Cheddar cheese over the casserole.

Bake in the preheated oven until heated through and cheese topping has melted, about 15 minutes.

Happy Friday Everyone. The weather has been so nice and now it back to being cold again. Which made it a little hard for me to get dress this morning. I finally settle on my favorite ivory sweater. Then added a necklace and this hat. Which when I walk outside to get mail. My fedora about flew away.

Tomorrow I will be celebrating Easter with a group of friends. It should be a lots of fun. I'm making a cake with pink frosting to take over to my friends house. My hubby is making his mango salsa to take over there.

Freedom Run 5K

Hello Everyone. Thank you all for your awesome comment on last Tuesday post. I can't tell you how much it meant to me. 

On Saturday April 12, 2014 I ran in the Freedom Run 5K. I'm happy to report I beat a lot of records this day. Which is awesome for this being my first 5K.

The 5k end up being a 3.35 mile run. Which I so want to stop running after I hit the 3.10 mile mark. My friend G was by my side and helped me push it thru to the end. I'm so glad she was able to be there for my first 5k. Since she leaving to go back to the states in a week for good. 

After My 5k

I finished my 3.10 which is a 5k in 33:09.  Which I cut some time off of it from my training. I end the total run at 35:46. My total pace over all was a 10'40. 

I also ran my fast mile on Saturday which was a 9:41. My next 5k run is May 31. I hope that I will keep on improving each time. 

I also want to give a huge shout out my friend AR for getting a picture of me as I across the finish line. Your the best. Thanks Again.
